Nishant Ptoducts are warranted to the customer to be free from defectes in material and workmanship for the period for 12 months from the date of supply.

Products which fail during the warranty period due to defects in material and workmanship will be repaired or replaced at Nishant's option without charge to the consumer when returned  with the proof of purchase to any authorised Nishant dealer in India, transport charges prepaid, provided there is no evidence of improper installation, tampering etc.  

This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties whether expressed or implied,including any any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and shall not apply to any product which has been subject to alteration, misuse, abuse,negligence or Accident; In no event Nishant Engineers P. Ltd., will be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
